Exchanges: In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 7 days from the day you picked them up.
A visual inspection of the item/s will be carried out and not a product trial, meaning the product must be returned to us with no signs of wear, fragrances or in any other condition than the one we sent it out in. Contact us via email@example.com for exchanges, note the size and colour you would like to change to and we will get back to you with more details of the return.
Returns: Lamda does not accept returns for cash. A gift card can be given if customer does not want to exchange an item for another size/colour.
Faulty Items: In the case of an item being faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the item and any other details. Please note, our clothing is highly inspected before being sent out.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
